April 2014: Groundbreaking at PATH's "Vermont Villas," a new 78-unit facility opening in May 2015.  A four-story affordable apartment targets homeless seniors with special needs and chronically homeless senior Veterans.  
  • The first floor will have the property management offices, offices for resident case management services, and engaging community amenities such as a common kitchen, tech stations as well as areas for gathering, fitness, and education.  
  • Floors two through four contain 69 one-bedroom apartments and 9 large studio apartments, with laundry facilities on each floor.
  • PATH Ventures will provide the resident services, including preservation counselors to mentor those formerly homeless, chronically homeless, and disabled seniors.
